Hello! My name is Rainier Porras, and I’m a loan officer dedicated to serving Veterans and Active-Duty Service Members with support from America’s #1 Retail Mortgage Lender. I’ve been in real estate since 2022, and after leaving the Army in 2025, I wanted to stay in this space while continuing to serve those who serve. Focusing on VA loans was a natural fit.

I specialize in VA loans and take this responsibility seriously. A home is more than a transaction — it’s stability and a major life step. I bring the same discipline, honesty and accountability from my Military background into every loan. My goal is simple: clear communication, no shortcuts and making sure you feel confident from start to finish.

I’m honored to have successfully served in the United States Army and carry that same standard of service into my work every day.
