Hi, my name is Julie. As Regional Vice President at our Seattle, WA branch, I’m here to guide you through the homebuying process at America’s #1 Retail Mortgage Lender.

I remember when I bought my first home. It was an exciting milestone, but also a nerve-wracking one. When I became a loan originator, I knew I wanted to help homebuyers, especially first-time homebuyers, realize their dreams with as little stress as possible. I’m dedicated to education, sharing my knowledge and enthusiasm for homeownership through seminars, videos, and advice.

When we work together, I’ll ensure you understand the loan process, from credit scores and down payments to closing costs. I started in the mortgage industry over 25 years ago as a single mother of three, eventually creating my own mortgage company with my brother. Now, I’m proud to be ranked among the Top Women Originators in the country by Scotsman Guide in 2023.

I’m a Seattle native, with a beautiful blended family of six children and an amazing husband who works with me!
