About Joseph

Joe Roumelis is a Regional Manager for CrossCountry Mortgage. In this role, Joe leads the sales and operations staff while developing new partnerships and ventures. His role includes oversight of the area's retail growth initiatives, marketing, sales and operations recruiting, and Consumer Direct business model development.

Joe brings more than 13 years of experience in retail and direct mortgage services to the company and has been recognized as a 5-Star Mortgage Professional for the last six years. Prior to joining CrossCountry Mortgage in 2017, he was the Area Manager for a major lender in RI/Southeast MA, where he was responsible for managing both the Direct and Retail sales teams.

Outside of the office, he is an active youth sports coach in baseball, softball, and basketball, and resides in Rhode Island with his wife and 2 children.

Joe attended Stetson University (B.S.) and the University of Miami (M.A.).
