Hi, I’m Derrick. My mortgage career began in 2006 after a successful career in customer service at AOL/Time Warner. As a Fortune 500 Top Sales Manager, I learned the ingredients needed to achieve results. Now, I head up The Polder Group at America's #1 Retail Mortgage Lender, along with our Tucson branch at Broadway.
