Hi, I’m Twyla, and I began my career in the mortgage business in 2000 in Dallas, Texas. In 2003, I moved to Phoenix so my son could be closer to my father. Then, in 2007, I relocated to Las Vegas, Nevada. Just a few months after moving, the market began crashing. As a single mother in a new city with no business partners, I faced challenges, but my determination pushed me to find a strong company. In 2011, I joined CrossCountry Mortgage, and it was the best decision I made. CCM offers growth, stability, and support, which has been key to my success.

I pride myself on delivering excellent customer service and educating clients on all their purchasing and refinancing options. My goal is to make sure every client feels comfortable with their biggest financial decision. I provide service in both English and Spanish, ensuring a smooth closing process.
