Hi, my name is Rajat, and I’m an experienced loan officer at America’s #1 Retail Mortgage Lender! My family has been in real estate since 2003, with my parents working as real estate agents in Hawaii. I got my start as a transaction coordinator for their office, which paved the way for my impressive career. From 2020 to 2022, I financed $25 million in loans annually.

I’m known for my expertise and excellence in home financing. While living in Hawaii, I specialized in VA loans, helping Active-Duty Service Members secure their dream homes. Since moving to Orange County, California, I’ve expanded my focus to include jumbo and bank statement loans, allowing me to help more clients.
