About Rachel

In 1994, I joined my team as a support member and quickly wanted to learn every facet of the industry. I’ve gained decades of experience as a CONV, FHA DE, and VA SAR underwriting since then – knowledge I’m excited to put to work for you! I’m now the CMBA Board President and am proud to have been recognized as a CMBA President Club Member, Top Producing Loan Officer, and the recipient of the CMBA Top Loan Officer Award.

When you work with me, know I’ll never say no. I say when and how and that I will use my experience to find the right loan for your dream home. I’m a specialist in a variety of mortgage programs, including conventional, USDA, FHA, VA, condo financing, many non-qualified mortgages, and programs for first-time homebuyers. I’m always available to answer your questions and am dedicated to making your mortgage feel like a win.

My whole world revolves around my 2-year-old, Oliver. Off the clock, my passion is helping local charities. My husband – Don Sine, another Top Producing Loan Officer – and I love giving back to the communities that we serve.
