Hi, I’m Lance Dickson. Born and raised in San Diego, CA, I came to Tucson via a baseball scholarship to pitch for The University of Arizona. After a career in major league baseball, I transitioned into the mortgage business in 1995 and quickly moved up the ranks to become one of Arizona’s top loan originators by 2000. I then took on the role of COO for a multi-billion-dollar mortgage banking firm for nearly 12 years. However, my passion for sales led me back to my roots.
