I first became interested in the mortgage industry when I purchased my first home in 1988. I was working in electronics at the time and was inspired by the loan officer that made my dream of owning a home a reality. It made me want a career that offered a more meaningful impact in people’s lives and in my own. I left electronics and got my first job as a mortgage loan officer shortly after.
I studied the guidelines and quickly became the go to person for questions on complicated scenarios and loan structures. This helped me to advance to the position of Sales Manager early in my career. I find a great deal of purpose and satisfaction mentoring new loan officers working to advance their own careers under my supervision.
I have been helping my clients buy and refinance their homes for over 30 years, and truly love my job. I am proficient at loan diagnostics, process flow and problem solving.
