About Shelley

Hi, I’m Shelley Malkin, and I’ve been working with clients my entire career. Previously, I was a healthcare administrator consulting with community health centers and helping doctors transition from residency to private practice. My passion for the Chicago real estate market began when my husband and I bought our first home, launching my career in home financing.

Now, 19 years of mortgage experience I’m still dedicated to exceptional customer service. My clients appreciate my constant communication, attention to detail, and thorough explanations, making the process smooth and effortless. I believe in forming long-term relationships, and I’m proud to be consistently ranked in the top 1% of mortgage originators by Mortgage Executive Magazine.
